Separate reporting from capital public pages and official updates noted that a warehouse in the same Dniprovskyi district also caught fire following a Russian drone attack today, leaving nine people injured in that separate incident. Nighttime shellings and attacks also impacted the Holosiivskyi and Darnytskyi districts, while residents of the Podilskyi district were asked to close their windows and stay off the streets due to polluted air, and six districts of the Kyiv region faced enemy strikes during the night resulting in fatalities and injuries.

Emergency Response and Next Steps

Municipal authorities, district military administrations, and police investigators deployed to document the destruction and assist affected residents. Oleksandr Kovtunov, Head of the Darnytskyi District Military Administration, released initial documentation photos from the site as engineering teams assessed the damaged upper storeys. Photos from the site of the strike were also provided by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, alongside video footage published by capital public pages showing a drone purposefully attacking a residential high-rise building.
