Al-Marsad Newspaper: Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Othman, Professor and Consultant of Clinical Education, answered the question: “Does the love of Rashad treat roughness of the knees and rheumatism?”

Al-Othman said, in a video he posted on his Twitter account: “The love of Rashad does not treat knee roughness or rheumatism. Rheumatism may be due to a lack of vitamin D, calcium, phosphorous and magnesium, infections, or poor physical fitness.”

He pointed out: “The benefits of Rashad’s love are many for immunity, muscles, bones, skin and hair,” explaining: “We should not eat Rashad’s love for more than two weeks because of its negative effects.”

And he stated: “The love of Rashad is not suitable for patients with diabetes, pressure and glands, and it is dangerous for pregnant and lactating women because it reduces milk.”

He continued, “The love of garden cress is a diuretic and is not suitable for people who have kidney problems,” pointing out: “You should take a spoonful of crushed garden cress with a glass of water or milk.”
