Volkswagen Virtus:
Following the global launch in March, the Volkswagen Virtus is set to launch in the second week of June. The Volkswagen Virtus will be launched in India on June 9, the successor to Vento. Volkswagen is expected to offer its Virtus car in two trims, the Dynamic Line and the Performance Line.
Scorpio-N:
Mahindra & Mahindra launches the Scorpio-N on June 27 with the slogan “Big Daddy of SUVs”. The 2022 Scorpio-N is set to be the second vehicle to receive the new Mahindra logo after the Hindra XUV700. Mahindra has officially confirmed in a press release that the all-new Scorpio-N car will get 4X4 function as an option. The Scorpio-N may come with the same 2.0-liter turbo-petrol and 2.2-liter diesel engines as the XUV700. Comes with 8-inch infotainment screen, dual-zone climate control, flat-bottom steering wheel, sunroof and many more.
Kia EV6:
Bookings for Kia’s brand new electric car have been launched since June 26 and will be launched on June 2. It is planned to import only 100 units of the car in India. The Kia EV6 is only available in 12 locations in India. This includes cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Gurugram, Noida, Jaipur, Chennai, Bangalore, Kochi, Hyderabad and Kolkata. The Kia EV6 comes with a 77.4kWh battery pack and a rear wheel drive variant with a range of 528 km (about 528 km on a single charge).
Hyundai Venue facelift:
Hyundai is currently in the process of launching a mid-life facelift for the Venue sub-compact SUV. It is expected to be launched in the country later this month. Featuring a number of styling upgrades, including a new front grille and updated headlights, a new alloy wheel design and a new Rapround LED tail light. No changes were made to the 1.2-liter NA petrol, 1.0-liter turbo petrol and 1.5-liter diesel engines. 2022 Hyundai Venue priced at Rs. May be from 8 lakhs (ex-showroom).
New Maruti Suzuki Brezza:
Vitara Presa, one of the best selling sub-compact SUVs in India, is all set to receive a Generation update. Maruti Suzuki has decided to drop ‘Vittara’ from the name of the car. Aside from the name, the exterior design and cabin of the SUV will be brand new. This is the first Maruti car to be offered with an electric sunroof feature.
Citroen C3:
French automaker Citroen is set to launch its C3 compact SUV in India soon. This car will be a direct competitor to cars like Maruti Suzuki Ignis, Mahindra KUV100 NXT, Tata Punch. The C3 will feature a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto, manual air conditioning, steering wheel-mounted audio controls, keyless entry, dual airbags, EPD with ABS and rear parking sensors.

Toyota SUV: Toyota is set to enter the mid-size SUV segment to compete with the likes of Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun. The soon-to-be-launched Toyota SUV will reportedly use a self-charging hybrid system, as seen recently on the Honda City E: HIV Hybrid.
