New York: A private plane crashed into the restricted airspace over US President Joe Biden’s holiday residence in Delaware. The White House said Joe Biden and his wife were evacuated immediately.
At the same time, the White House said it had taken “precautionary measures” against Biden and his family. After assessing the situation, Biden and his wife, Jill, returned to their vacation home, Beach Home.
This is not an attack attempt. The U.S. intelligence agency says a small private plane crashed shortly after takeoff. Biden’s vacation home is about 200 kilometers east of Washington.
U.S. officials said the pilot of the private plane was not on the proper radio channel and did not follow the guidelines. The pilot will be questioned by US intelligence.
