However, the Hindu Seva Sangham filed a complaint in the high court challenging the auction of the car without giving enough publicity and the fact that the auction was confirmed even though only one person participated in the auction. Subsequently, as per the directions of the High Court, on April 9, the Devaswom Commissioner Dr. Biju Prabhakar sat in Guruvayur and heard the complaints. Eight people lodged complaints that day.
