Bee Aviv sold a new 16-story building in the neighborhood this week Lower East Side in Manhattan For $ 64 million to American Hubb NYC Properties.

The acquiring parent group, led by Jesse Terry, is one of the most prominent owners of New York City housing clusters as well as commercial space and properties that combine commerce and residential. The father acquired the lease rights for the building for 99 years and will take over the operation and management of the project.

The building has 78 apartments for rent, a gym, an infrared sauna, a tenants’ lounge and a roof terrace. On the ground floor of the building there is commercial space.

Bee Aviv has been operating in New York since 2014 and is managed by Ben Harlev (son of Dafna Harlev, one of the owners of the Aviv Group) and Eyal Epstein. The company focuses on the New York metropolitan area, both in initiating residential projects and improving existing properties and in providing credit from residential real estate. Since its inception, Aviv has initiated rental housing projects in New York City and provided $ 1 billion in real estate credit.
