Kozhikode : History teacher and student designer of a banner in honor of the Indian cricket team. The banner is about the Indian cricket team of 1932, marking the 90th anniversary of Indian Test cricket in 2022. The banner includes the names and details of ten other players, including CK Naidu, who led India to their first Test in 1932. India will play their first Test against their colonial masters, England, at Lord’s, the mecca of cricket, from June 25 to 28, 1932. Indian cricket teams have always been a symbol of Indian secularism, cultural diversity and pluralism. Vashisht puts forward the idea.
