Justice Minister Gideon Saar today (Thursday) attacked the opposition at the swearing-in ceremony of Supreme Court justices for voting against the transfer of emergency regulations to Judea and Samaria.
“A simple decision was before the Knesset last Monday and, sadly, it failed to fulfill its basic commitment.”
“Legislative work always involves different interests, including political interests,” Saar agreed, “but such a gross trampling of national and public interest for political interests has, in my opinion, dire consequences, far beyond the unbearable consequences of avoiding legislation in this case,” he said. Because it alludes not only to the legislative aspects and the regulation of Judea and Samaria, but perhaps also to political cooperation with the Likud.

Meanwhile, in the shadow of MK Nir Auerbach’s contacts with the Likud, Prime Minister Mansour Abbas sharply attacks Auerbach and says that it is not appropriate for coalition members to hold talks with the Likud.
In an interview with the Vint website, Abbas said about the contacts: “In my opinion, this is not appropriate. If I want to manage something with the Likud, I must inform my partners that my path in the coalition is over and I am looking for another way.”
Abbas is optimistic about the success of the coalition despite the situation and said: “There are challenges facing this coalition, can it function and run the country? I’m sure it is. I am committed to this coalition. There is an agreement between us and I am committed to it. I am not looking for other ways.”
When asked about the behavior of Mazen Ghanaim, who voted against the Judea and Samaria regulations, Abbas said: “Mazen is loyal to Ra’am. We have 100 percent trust in him. There is no problem with him.”
Regarding RAAM’s support for raising the minimum wage, he said: “Why is it possible to give freedom of vote on the flags law and it is not possible to give freedom of vote to 40 shekels minimum wage? I do not understand. We could have saved this play. “
