Russia prepares to capture the Donbass region of eastern Ukraine

106 days have passed since the Russian war on Ukraine. Russia captured key cities, including Mariupol, before capturing the capital, Kiev. The country is currently engaged in a full-scale war to occupy the Donbass region of eastern Ukraine.

In this context, the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zhelensky spoke via video conference with the leaders of American corporate entities. He said, “I do not want to negotiate to end the war because I think Russia is strong. We want to weaken Russia. The world should do the same. Ukraine is making its contribution to the battlefield. We need to impose tough sanctions to further weaken Russia economically. ”
