Steve Keeler from England has set a new Guinness World Record by lifting 129 kg with his single finger. With this he broke the 10 year world record.
Steve Keeler said of the Guinness World Record for lifting too much weight with a single finger, “It was incredibly painful. But my fingers are strong. And I’m proud of my strength.”
Steve Keeler, 48, has been doing strength training for the past four years. Steve has been playing karate since he was 18 years old. While exercising, he lifts a set weight with only the middle finger. After this he decided to set a Guinness World Record and is currently performing.
