At this point it can already be agreed that Maayan Dori is one of the most successful women to be cast in “Khatunmi.” She knows how to communicate and talk, her smile is contagious, she is enviably beautiful and yes, she also has style. Although at the beginning of the season there was still talk around her learning, but the reactions from the audience make it clear that it really is time to move on. Women come in all sorts of sizes, and it’s just the TV that still has a gap to catch up with. One can only hope that next season a variety of women will be cast, and one participant over size 40 will not be such a man.

Right now, thankfully, that talk has already come off the table, and one can concentrate on what matters – Maayan’s captivating personality and her enviable wardrobe. We have already talked about the successful swimwear here, but Maayan impressed us during the episodes with clothes that she clearly chose, a fondness for colorful prints and one brown pantsuit that does not go out of our head.

“Almost everything I wore during the filming, including most of the clothes in my closet, is from Heroic – yes, the brown suit too – who definitely knows how to make clothes in all sizes and emphasize the right lines,” Maayan tells FF. ‘I also have a lot of Northern Star dresses and overalls, such as the pink overall you saw on the day of the preparations, which I keep plowing on. I also have a lot of things from the wonderful Retema, which is itself a celebration of one great love, and of course there are also pieces in my closet that are of grandma and mom, which is Priceless. ‘

Maayan’s grandmother and mother not only passed on clothes to her, but also her sense of style, self-confidence in clothes and the general approach to fashion. “My grandmother taught me, just being her, that true style is an inner connection to who you are and what you love – and everything else does not matter,” says Maayan. ‘My mother taught me when I was a child that the garment fits the body and not the other way around. That’s how I realized over time, that it’s me dressing differently from my environment and it’s actually power. At the age of 20, for example, I wore very high-waisted jeans, while everyone else wore low-waisted. Over the years I have grown and shaped and found more and more designers and designs that I like. ‘
