The new office and commercial complex of the Shponder Fadlon Group located in Rishon Lezion will soon be inhabited. Ponder Fadlon reports that the cost of investing in the project is about NIS 100 million and it was established on an area whose rights the group acquired in 2019. The Gigis project, which is currently in the final stages of construction, includes about 8,700 square meters of offices, out of about 37,000 square meters of commercial and office space in the entire complex and the sales volume in it was about NIS 125 million.
