Reduction of school days

Education Minister Susil Premajayantha has said there are no plans to reduce school days amid the current fuel and economic crisis.

He also mentioned that despite the shortage of fuel, the attendance of students and teachers at the school is excellent.

Fuel crisis

It is noteworthy that in the midst of the problems with the fuel crisis, the principal-teacher union has proposed to the Ministry of Education to divide teachers and students into two groups and invite them to school three days a week.
