Leaks continue about the new generation of Samsung foldable phones, the Galaxy ZFold 4 and Flip 4 before their official launch, as the company decided to increase support for the ability to manage multitasking across its phones.
Samsung is working to launch the fourth generation of its foldable phones during the last quarter of the current year 2022.
According to information published by the famous leaks account on Twitter, Ice universe, Samsung has decided to facilitate the capabilities of using more than one application at the same time, or what is known as the possibility of managing multiple tasks at the same time.

At the moment, more than one application is already used at the same time in Samsung’s foldable devices, in the same way that the company follows in its user interface, which works on all phones of its manufacture.
The method is done through several default steps, where you enter the management screen of open applications, and then choose the split screen, but an update is coming on the way to foldable devices exclusively.
Samsung is certainly trying to facilitate greater use of the large screen in the Galaxy ZFold 4 precisely because of the large internal screen in the phone, and therefore there will be the possibility of using applications at the same time through a single touch.
Make multitasking easier on Galaxy phones
According to a report on GSMArena, it is proposed that shortcuts be created manually for more than one application, and saved in the home screen, according to the user’s desire and according to the uses he makes.
In the next generation, especially after the software update of the system, users of foldable phones will be able to allocate one icon to open more than one application directly, to facilitate the process of multitasking.
So far, there is no information on whether or not Samsung will adopt the same method in previous generations of foldable phones or the flagship Galaxy S series as well, but we have to wait for the company’s official decision.
