In this regard, a PDA official said: Thousands of people come to the PDA office every day for various tasks, but are unable to meet the concerned officials. Not only that, they are also prone to fraud by intermediaries. The help desk will be opened to avoid public disturbance and deception. The center will be operational from July. Service will begin daily at 6:00 p.m. It will employ 15 people, including a leader. On working days, one shift from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm and the second shift from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm will employ 15 employees per shift. The staff of the Help Center will inform the public of all the details, including the functions of the PDA, the various sections, and the lay-outs. He will know the problems of the people, bring them to the notice of the concerned authorities and make the answer available, he said.
