England, which has suffered a series of defeats in recent Tests, is now heading for a new upsurge. Moin Ali, who made his Test debut in 2014, has scored 2914 runs and taken 195 wickets in 64 matches. He last played in the Test series against India in 2021 and was dropped for failing to perform as well as expected. So Brendon McCullum is in direct talks with him to get him back on the Test squad somehow. Moin Ali has confirmed that he will return to the England Test squad soon as he has agreed to it. Master Plan:
That means Moin Ali, who says he has to play in Test matches again for England because McCullum has asked, has said he will definitely return when the Pakistan series comes. However, it can be said that there is a huge master plan behind it. This is because England have not played any cricket series on Pakistani soil for the last 17 years. That means England will be there 17 years later for the T20 and Test series next December.
