Lebanon’s Minister of Culture, Muhammad al-Murta, referred to Chief of Staff Aviv Kochavi’s appeal to Lebanese residents yesterday, in which he called on them to leave the country before the “first shot,” and wrote on his Facebook account: “Shall we leave? But in which direction darling ?! That: if we have to move then we will turn south, yes … and it will not be a short stay. “
Kochavi was a guest at the “First Israeli Conference on Home Front Preparedness”, referring to the IDF’s readiness for the next war against Hezbollah and the required change of attitude. “I suggest you leave before the first shot is fired – the intensity of the attack will be something you have not seen.”
