The ultra-Orthodox Stamford Hill is in turmoil after the welfare authorities decided to transfer a girl from an ultra-Orthodox home to a Muslim foster family, since she can not stay with the ultra-Orthodox family that has spread its wings over her until now. When ultra-Orthodox activists learned of the decision, they called on ultra-Orthodox residents to demonstrate outside the house where she lives to this day.
Behadrei Haredim learned that the girl, 14, was with an ultra-Orthodox foster family that has other foster children, but the girl had to move to another foster family for various reasons. Welfare authorities have decided to transfer the ultra-Orthodox girl to a Muslim foster family, instead of finding another ultra-Orthodox family to adopt her. The bureaucracy in the UK is not simple, and in order to transfer a girl from family to family, the receiving family has to meet certain criteria, and this issue has not been resolved until now.

The ultra-Orthodox residents of London have learned that the girl is on her way to be taken to a Muslim foster family and they have come to demonstrate outside the house where she has lived until now. Many policemen arrived at the scene but were not forced to use force, as all the protesters are at the scene just to protest without any special incidents. The organizers of the demonstration announced before the arrival of the demonstrators that the demonstration is peaceful and they want to maintain order and not confront police.
