Nikita Rokavitsia holds an offer from Mohun in the Indian Basin. The team, which changed its name in 2020 and was previously called Atletico Kolkata, is in fact the first champion in the senior Indian league in its current format.
Rokavitsia, 34, ended his contract with Hapoel Beer Sheva and will not continue at the club, when in the professional team of Maccabi Haifa, he played five seasons in the media, won one championship and finished twice as the king of Premier League goals, they would like to see the Australian-Israeli striker return for another term. No offer has yet been made to him.
Rokavitsia himself has recently returned from a private holiday, and will now be available to handle her offer he received, the most prominent of which is, as mentioned, that of Mohun in the basin. Last season, Rokavitsia scored 10 goals and scored another goal in 23 league appearances for Hapoel Beer Sheva and was a partner in winning the state cup.
Mohun Bagan, who was previously partly owned by Atletico Madrid, finished last season in third place in the table with six points less than champions Jamshadpur. Since the Indian League has moved to its current format, it is actually the most successful team, with three championships in 2014, 2016 and 2020.
