The vehicle traveled at a speed of 84 km / h possible at the moment in the arena, it consumes less energy in its travel than the charging rate, so it started the demonstration day with 22% charging and finished at noon with 48%.

In addition, the charging power of the IVECO electric bus was increased from an average power in previous experiments of 60 kilowatts to an average power of 75 kilowatts. The charging of the electric bus was tested while traveling at a speed of up to 60 km / h.

Electrion CEO Oren Ezer said: “We have seen how a dream becomes a reality and how reality takes shape before our eyes. We demonstrated an electric vehicle traveling on the road, and instead of the battery draining, it is charged. “From day to day we see how Italy, along with Sweden, Germany and France, are adopting the electric road as a major solution in electrifying the roads in Europe.”
