The tender is open to contractors and developers who have received the consent of the apartment owners in the neighborhood and a joint agreement has been signed between the parties.
In accordance with the residents’ request and the mayor’s assurance, the residents of the neighborhood have the right to choose whether to move to a new apartment in the Kiryat Moshe neighborhood at the end of the renewal process or to move to a new apartment in the supplementary land

In the new apartments on the supplementary land, the tender was published yesterday, guaranteeing that the choice will be available to the residents of the neighborhood.
The tender is addressed to the urban renewal developers who received the consent of the apartment owners in the neighborhood and entered into an agreement with them, to submit proposals for the purchase of rights in the supplementary land, so that the neighborhood’s tenants can get an apartment from the developer with whom they signed the agreement.
The tender published yesterday is the second tender for housing in the complementary land located adjacent to the old neighborhood. Earlier this year, the first tender was published, which included 1,017 housing units intended for the creation of budgets for the development of infrastructure in the neighborhood, the establishment of public institutions and the establishment of infrastructure for Clal Urban. Urban renewal in the neighborhood The high prices offered in the first tender reflect the market’s belief in the future of the Kiryat Moshe neighborhood and the city of Rehovot.
At this stage, the cooperation between the residents of the neighborhood and the entrepreneurs who were chosen to promote the project for them is extremely important.
