Marseille: a young man in his twenties shot dead

A young man was shot dead this Thursday evening, in the popular districts of Marseille, north of the city, we learned from the authorities, confirming information from La Provence.

The victim, in his twenties, had already died when help arrived, we learned from the latter.

Second gunshot death in less than a month

The facts occurred early Thursday evening, in the city of Castellas, where a 23-year-old man had already been shot dead in a parking lot less than a month ago.

The Marseille prosecutor’s office confirmed the information, without giving further details.

This is the 15th death by bullets in the Bouches-du-Rhône since the beginning of the year.
