Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has backed Chief Minister MK Stalin’s proposal to hold inter-state council meetings three times a year.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Thursday wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi urging him to hold regular council meetings to resolve differences between the central and state governments.

He also stressed in his letter that the council meetings held to strengthen federal relations should be held immediately.
Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has expressed support for Chief Minister MK Stalin’s insistence in this regard.

In a statement, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren said, “I support Chief Minister MK Stalin’s view. The central government should implement the federal principle by cooperating with all the state governments. ”
