First look | Spiral – A thrilling series of twists and turns! | Suzhal The Vortex web series review

by time news

‘Spiral’ is a work that tells the story of a tragedy that is constantly revolving around the rest of society through a stressful thriller story.

There is a cement factory in Sambalur village near Coimbatore. The strike is being led by Shanmugam (Parthiban), the union leader of the factory. The factory was set on fire the day after the protest. It happens on the one hand and on the other hand, Shanmugam’s daughter goes missing.

City Inspector Regina Thomas (Shriya Reddy) and Assistant Inspector Chakraborty (Kadir) are investigating the two incidents. This investigation goes on and on as a few twists and turns, who is to blame for all this in the end? How did it happen? Why did it happen? The ‘Spiral’ web series answers many questions. Released on the Amazon Prime ODT site, the web series has 8 episodes.

Sreeya Reddy as Police Inspector Regina Thomas. She is majestic as a police officer, affectionate as a mother, and focused as a wife. Perfectly conveys all emotions such as crying, laughter, anger. Kadir as Assistant Analyst. Has provided the excellent acting required for the story. As an ideologue, as a junior leader fighting for the workers, as a father, Parthiban impresses with his stressful acting in the mirror.

Aishwarya Rajesh’s performance as Nandini was natural. Nowhere does he exaggerate. Kobika Ramesh’s performance is going to be a perfect match for that character. Harish Uthman, Ilango Kumaravel, Latha Rao, Prasanna Balachandran, Santhana Bharathi, acting adds strength to the storyline.

Pushkar – Gayatri has spun the ‘spin’ web series in her writing with many twists. The story ends in the 4th episode of the series. The way the story is dragged in turn, the way the story unfolds in turn, the way it unravels every knot, inspires me to continue watching the series. Pushkar and Gayatri together build a world. Introducing mantras into that world. Then they take us by the hand and lead us into their world.

So we can easily end something with that story. This series, which talks about various things, says that people are slapped in the forehead so that they do not come to the conclusion that they are like this because of their race, religion, language and appearance. The way in which the story was adapted with the cult of the clan was admirable.

He is portrayed as a person who is an entrepreneur for the benefit of the northern chat workers. The scenes in which his son speaks of ‘whatever you do, the labor-absorbing joke of the workers who go out’ and the positive shots as the opposite of that joke are in stark contrast to reality. The villager, who speaks of the danger posed by factories on agricultural land, also argues that the factory alone employs more than 100 workers.

They have also tried to change the view on transgender people in the story. It seems that by reducing the length of the episodes in the middle and removing the unwanted scenes, the series with 8 episodes could have ended at 7. The writing for the other character seems to be deep and the writing for the character of Santhanam Bharathi seems superficial.

Mukesh has intimidated the cinematographer with top angle shots coming from the cemetery, festival scenes and the village. Adds to the vibrancy of Sam CS’s background music series. He has given the perfect music for a suspense thriller.

All in all the 6 hours you spend on the crime thriller ‘Spiral’ series is just guaranteed not to be wasted.
