Kiev: In protest against Russia, farmers poisoned sherry fruits grown in their fields. The Russian soldiers who ate it suffered health problems. Farmers claim it as their gift.
Russia has been attacking Ukraine for the past 3 months. As a result, the world community has imposed sanctions on Russia. Unaware of this, however, Russia recently captured the city of Donbass.
In this case, Russia occupies the city of Melidopol, which produces about 2,000 hectares of cherries in Ukraine. The mayor of Ukraine said that angry farmers had protested by poisoning the cherries and that the Russian soldiers who had snatched and eaten them had suffered health problems. Ukrainian farmers say this is a gift we gave to Russia.
