Cochin: Actor Suresh Gopi proves once again that words are never just words, they are meant to be obeyed. Suresh Gopi had promised to pay the advance money to the Malayalam Association of Mimicry Artists for any film he contracts with. That is what the actor has observed again. The actor himself announced on his social media page that he has handed over the advance money for his next film to Suresh Gopi Maa’s office bearers.

Nadirshah, Suresh Gopi Ma’s Association Officer, handed over an advance of Rs 2 lakh to SG 255 (temporary name) produced by Listin Stephen under the banner of Magic Frames. SG 255 is directed by Arun Verma.

During a TV program on Onam 2021, Suresh Gopi announced his offer of help to mimicry artists suffering from the Kovid crisis. Suresh Gopi had earlier said that he would provide financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh from the advance payment for his newly signed films. The actor has kept that word again today.

Earlier in April, Suresh Gopi had donated Rs 2 lakh to the organization from the advance payment for the film Ottakompan. Ottakompan is a movie directed by Mathew Thomas and starring Suresh Gopi in the lead role. The film is produced by Tomichan Mulakupadam under the banner of Mulakupadam Films.
