Dairy Minister M. Nasser has said that BJP state president Annamalai will be prosecuted for making false allegations against Health Mix.
Minister Nasser yesterday inspected the procurement of milk at milk producers’ co-operative societies in Malumichampatti and Madukkarai in Coimbatore. Following this, he told reporters after inaugurating the high-quality Avin Palace at RS Puram, Coimbatore: Avin tried to fill institutional vacancies during the last regime. They have been suspended since the DMK came to power. Vacancies will be filled by regularizing it and preventing mistakes. Steps are being taken to fill the position of Spirit Leader. We are going to set up a new dairy farm in Kallakurichi, Tirupati. Work is underway for this. At Avin Palakam, food items other than Avin products should not be sold. The licenses of three shops involved in such activities have been revoked. BJP state president Annamalai has been claiming himself as Rowdy and I as Rowdy to highlight himself. Work is underway on the feasibility of producing a health mix. Not ready for it yet. The Health Mix will be available only after the conclusion of the study. Annamalai has accused the health department of buying the product which was not prepared in this manner. Annamalai will definitely be prosecuted in this connection. I don’t know how he became an IPS.
