Arulnidhi with a twisted mustache and an intimidating look in the movie ‘De Black’. He also starred as a college student for the first time.
This is a movie directed by Vijaykumar Rajendran. Horror and comedy can have different aspects.
“I changed the look a bit. Many who are immediately known and fans ask what a different character this is. I am not Kamal sir.
“I can’t change the look from picture to picture. I try as hard as I can for something. I agreed to have a rogue mustache because the character was satisfying for me.
“And the director first told me the story of ‘Komban’. But under the circumstances, he could not act in the story. But, it was only when I saw the film that I knew. Of course no one other than Karthi could have acted in it.
“It simply came to our notice then. I was relieved when some people told me that the village look was right for me, ”said Arulnidhi.
He was initially reluctant to act as a college student. This is due to the fear that the fans will accept.
“But the director is not leaving. With the encouragement he gave me I lost weight and changed into the look of a college student.
“Storyline Coimbatore. The story is about the shocking events that take place in a hostel for college students.
“The director’s sister has set up the screenplay by taking some real events that took place in the college and adding some more horror,” says Arulnidhi.
