Sangali (Maharashtra): Nine members of the same family have been found dead in Sangali, Maharashtra. The bodies were found in two houses in the Maysal area of ​​Sangli, about 350 km from Mumbai. The initial conclusion of the police was that it was a mass suicide.

Financial liability is thought to have led to the suicide.

The body of Manik Vanmore and his family was first spotted by a girl from the neighborhood who went to look for her as no one came to buy milk. After the boy made a noise, the locals ran away and informed the police. The bodies were found in the house of Pope Verma when he went to report the death.

Suicide notes were found in two homes. Kolhapur IG Manoj Kumar said that although the initial indication was that it was a suicide, the police had started an investigation into the case very seriously. He added that more information could be given only after the postmortem.
