Ehpad: at Orpea, after the scandal, the professional elections disputed in court

Will the result of the 2019 professional elections at Orpea be annulled? This is the whole issue of the hearing which is held Thursday, June 23 before the local court of Puteaux (Hauts-de-Seine), where the headquarters of the giant Ehpad is located. The basis of the appeal, following the release of the book “Les Fossoyeurs” and with which the CGT, the CFDT and FO are associated: the recordings made by Camille Lamarche, a work-study lawyer in the HR department of Orpea from October 2018 to August 2019.
