You have to be prepared for anything at the Wacken Festival. Here Heino has already performed with Rammstein, and now the Höhner are coming. Do you have metal in your luggage?
The Cologne dialect band Höhner (“Viva Colonia”, “The Caravan Moves On”) performs at the Wacken Metal Festival. “The (predatory) cat is out of the bag,” announced the Höhner on their Instagram page.
The festival also confirmed on its website that the Höhner would soon be making their way from Kölle to Schleswig-Holstein. It is about “a group that you would probably not expect from us,” it says with a slightly warning undertone. “Are we going completely crazy now? No more than usual!”
Rather, the idea arose during a counter conversation with Höhner singer Henning Krautmacher. “That’s what it’s like when originals meet – and admittedly there’s a little booze involved.”
The Cologne “Express” had reported. The legendary Wacken Open Air takes place from August 4th to 6th in Schleswig-Holstein. (dpa)
