Trichy Siva’s son arrested for joining BJP: Dinamani explains why

by time news

Trichy: Surya Siva, son of DMK state councilor Trichy Siva and recently joined the BJP, was arrested in Trichy on Thursday evening.

Preliminary reports say the case was registered on the basis of a complaint that he had taken the intimidating bus captive for money.

It is noteworthy that he was arrested within minutes of meeting reporters shortly before the arrest and announcing that he would be arrested by police.

As he said during the interview,

On the 11th, an Omni bus collided head-on with three vehicles, including his car, which was parked at Thirunavur (Kallakurichi Police Station), Ulundurpet, on the 11th. The CSR has registered a complaint in this regard. In this case, do not file a lawsuit.

Then 10 days later due to non-receipt of money I was told to pick up another bus of the bus company from the Trichy Central bus stand area, park it at a petrol station, pay the money and take the bus. They even drove the bus then. They told me not to sue as I did not pay anything like RC permit, insurance, tax for the bus. I have the resources for that. In this situation, they suddenly filed a case on Wednesday night and are in the process of arresting me.

The whole reason for this is the two ministers from Villupuram and Trichy. I will report various information about them when I go to jail and get out. Instead of getting involved in such an incident, the minister may resign and clash directly. It is an unnecessary act to keep the police and take action like this. He said that while the BJP was doing all the work under the law, it was not right to engage in such activities due to greed.

BJP Trichy district chairman Rajasekaran, executives Ila Kannan and Kaliswaran were among those present during the interview.
