In his daily night video, the Ukrainian president accuses Russia of having committed “a conscious and deliberate act of violence”, with the strike that hit the district of Belgorod-Dniester, in the Odessa region, on the night of Thursday to Friday and caused more than 20 deaths, including a child. “No one was hiding a weapon or military equipment” in the affected apartments, he insists, repeating that it was civilians who lived there.
