MDA medics and paramedics provided medical treatment in the area and evacuated to Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer a two-and-a-half-year-old toddler in fair condition, conscious with signs of dehydration and a slight heat stroke.

MDA paramedic Yosef Ismail said: “When we arrived at the scene, they entered the house where the toddler was. We were told he had been in a closed vehicle for about an hour. He was conscious, warm to the touch with signs of dehydration and a slight heat stroke. We put him in a cold shower at home to start cooling his body right away. We later transferred him to an intensive care unit and evacuated him for further treatment at the hospital when his condition was moderate and stable.
