In a peace meeting, it was decided to approach the dispute between the two parties regarding the holding of the festival at Kasinathapuram Sivalapperi Sudalai Madan temple near Alankulam through the court.
There was a conflict between Chithraivel and Suresh regarding the offering ceremony in this temple. In this issue, Manivel was murdered in the year 2015 when Koil Kodai was held. Since then, the temple dedication ceremony has been held only after holding a peace meeting for the last few years. Suresh will not participate in temple programs after that.
However, after the same issue arose this year, both parties have requested permission from the police department to conduct temple offerings separately. In this regard, in a peace meeting held at Alankulam district office, it was decided that the temple donation by one side should not be blocked by the other side and the temple ownership issue should be resolved through the court.
