The BUFF ambassadors Magdalena Kalus and Susi Lehmann have a common goal. At the tenth Eiger UltraTrail (July 13th – 17th) both athletes want to collect donations for the BUND Naturschutz in Bayern eV on the 250 km long route with over 20,000 meters of altitude difference.
100 percent of the income should benefit various nature conservation projects to preserve species diversity and biodiversity in the Alpine region. During the 100-hour run, the two athletes are accompanied by a photographer and make a film about the event.
Susi Lehmann: “Our goal is to donate 25,000 euros”
The donations should be collected through their social media followers and organically through attention. “Our goal is to donate 25,000 euros so that what we love so much can be preserved for us and future generations,” explains Lehmann.
