For a long time we have not heard anything from AMC, the excellent premium network responsible for “Trust Sol” and before that also for “Meter Man”. We also did not receive a new and promising MDA series for a long time. And we did not see a spectacular Ayelet Zorrer in her performance in English for a long time. So here, now we will get it all in one new series: “Lost”) that occurs 100 years in the future when on Earth the climate is almost impossible to allow life and on the moon a utopian human colony thrives.
The plot follows a space squadron and a smuggler of goods that crashes on the moon and is accused of a crime she did not commit, as part of an intricate conspiracy to take over the artificial intelligence responsible for the wonders of the moon colony’s paradise, destroying Earth’s last hope. She books for a local police detective and from there the adventures are already writing themselves.
The creator is Peter Oko (who was in charge of the excellent “Lodge 49”), Ayelet Zorrer plays Moonhaven, the prime minister of Moonhaven, in the series, and according to the trailer it can currently be concluded that she is surprisingly blonde. Critics in the United States who watched the preview episodes sent to them are enthusiastic about it and the entire series. The Hollywood Reporter was enthralled by the humor, fantasy and ideological restraint of the series. There is something to wait for.
