In Erode Corporation Girls High School, the construction of the perimeter wall has started and is in progress.
Corporation Girls High School is located on Cauvery Road, Erode. There are 1,080 female students studying here from Class VI to Plus 2. A section of the perimeter wall in front of the school was demolished last January for safety reasons. It was not built after that. This led to stray dogs entering the school.
