Mohanlal and Priyadarshan’s new film is Olamum Theeram.
Actress Durga Krishna will play the heroine Nabisa in the film. The actor himself shared the happy news through social media. The actor says that becoming Mohanlal’s heroine is a dream come true for him.

Written by MT Vasudevan Nair and written by P.N. The film is a remake of Menon’s Olam Vum Theeram. Madhu and Ushanandini immortalized Baputti and Nabisa, the lovers of Olam and the coast, on the silver screen. Mohanlal will replace Madhu. Durga also arrives as Ushanandini.
Cinematography by Santhosh Sivan. Sabu Siril is the art director. Harish Peradi, Mamookoya and others are also acting. Olam and Thiram is one of the ten films based on MT’s ten short stories. The film is an OTT release. Last day, pictures of Mohanlal rowing a raft alone in a flooded river were released.
