The death toll from an attack on Chasiv Yar, in the eastern Ukrainian region of Donetsk, where a residential building was hit by Russian Uragan rocket launchers, is 15 dead. This was announced by the Ukrainian news agency UNIAN. Rescuers are at work in the rubble looking for many missing people, including a 9-year-old boy.
