Both devices rely on Qualcomm’s new Qualcomm processor, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, while the Pro model has another chip called Red Core 1 that is supposed to further improve gaming performance thanks to dedicated sound effects handling, vibration and touch sampling so that it Turns the main processor and graphics processor to focus on the game itself. Red magic 7S has the ICE 9.0 liquid cooling system installed, while the Pro model has a more advanced version, ICE 10.0. The working memory is 8 to 16 GB, while the file storage is up to 512 GB.

Precisely in the display segment, an advantage was recorded for the cheaper model of the two. Both have a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen and FHD + resolution, but that of the base model reaches a refresh rate of 165 Hz, while the Pro model is 120 Hz. The camera layout is almost the same: a main camera with a resolution of 64 megapixels, alongside a wide width camera with an 8-megapixel sensor and a macro sensor. In front of the regular model is an 8-megapixel selfie camera, and its brother has a 16-megapixel resolution.

Another small difference is recorded in the battery section, with a capacity of 4,500 mAh and a maximum charging rate of 120 watts in the regular model, and a capacity of 5,000 mAh and a charge of up to 135 watts. Also in the specification: Dedicated game controllers for games, and the Android 12 operating system with the Red Magic 5.0 interface.

In China, the regular model will start at $ 566, while the Pro model will sell for starting at $ 775. All models are expected to hit stores as early as this month.
