Maruti Suzuki has launched the new Grand Vitara SUV in the Indian market. Launching the model next week.

Maruti Suzuki released the teaser for the new Grand Vitara model and started bookings. In the Indian market, the new Grand Vitara model will be launched on July 20. The new Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara will compete with the Hyundai Creta in the Indian market. The price details of the Grand Vitara, which will be launched next week, may be announced later.

With the bookings for the new Grand Vitara model now open, customers can spend Rs. You can book a new car by paying 11,000. The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara model is expected to be available in two variants, Hybrid and Intelligent Electric Hybrid. It is unclear how many colors the new model will be available in. However, it has been revealed that the car will be available in the popular Celestial Blue color with Nexa branding.

The 2022 Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara model is being developed by the alliance of Maruti and Toyota. Toyota recently introduced the Urban Cruiser Highrider model. Another variant of the same car will be launched under Maruti Suzuki branding as Grand Vitara. Both the models are manufactured at Toyota’s Pitadi plant in Karnataka.

When launched in the Indian market, the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara will compete with the likes of Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creta, Tata Harrier, MG Aster and Toyota Urban Cruiser Highrider. The Indian price details of the previously launched Toyota Urban Cruiser Highrider model have also not been announced yet.
The new Highrider model is available in two different powertrain options. Its 1.5-litre petrol engine is offered in Mild Hybrid and Strong Hybrid variants. Its mild hybrid unit produces 100.5 hp. Power, 135 Nm of torque is revealed. It is offered with 5-speed and 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox options.
