Amor Elbogdadi, a friend of the Russian woman Maria Kabelnikova who died in the mountains of Montenegro, told REN TV about her.
According to the man, they communicated shortly before her death. The girl told him about the trip and warned that she went to Montenegro with a friend, whose name he does not know.
“I don’t know if she went with a guide or alone, but today I received a call from her friend, who asked me for the phones of her parents, because the police cannot reach them,” Elbogdadi explained.
Just a few hours before the tragedy, the Russian woman posted a photo on social networks and wished all her friends good morning. Elbogdadi then did not expect that in an hour he would be informed that he would never see his girlfriend again.
He also talked about the girl’s hobbies. According to the man, the deceased attended language courses, first worked as a photographer, and then became an online document translator for various companies.
“Every spring and autumn, she went to Montenegro and enjoyed walks, did mountaineering, rock climbing, while working remotely,” the source said.
