He said he was “extremely proud” to have acted, according to him, “to create thousands of jobs”, while he was Minister of the Economy under the socialist presidency of François Hollande (2014-2016).
“I am extremely proud […], it is very difficult to create jobs without companies or entrepreneurs,” argued the Head of State. “I would do it again tomorrow and the day after tomorrow,” he even added after visiting the STMicroelectronics company site.
