Director Mani Ratnam is directing the movie “Ponniin Selvan-1” based on Kalki’s famous novel Ponniin Selvan. Official announcements have been made that the first part of this film, which will be made in 2 parts, will hit the screens on September 30. Jayamravi, Karthi, Vikram, Prakashraj, Prabhu, Raghuman, Trisha, Aishwarya Rai are playing important roles in this film. Ponni’s Selvan is releasing in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and other languages.
The film is produced by Madras Talkies and presented by Lyca. Recently the teaser of this film was released and it received good response among the fans.
