Suryakumar Yadav has emerged as a promising middle-order star for the Indian ODI and T20 teams. Suryakumar Yadav made it to the Indian team as a result of his consistent performances in domestic matches and IPL and scored a lot.
Suryakumar Yadav has made good use of the opportunities he got to play in the Indian T20 and ODI teams and has secured a permanent place for himself in the Indian white ball teams.

He played brilliantly in the T20 series against England. Especially the way he played in the 3rd T20I impressed many former greats. It was an innings that intimidated the opposition, England. When the Indian team chased down a tough target of 216 runs, Suryakumar Yadav, who batted frantically and chased down the target, scored a century in 48 balls. He scored 117 runs off 55 balls. The Indian team lost as they were dismissed in the 19th over.
After that menacing innings by Suryakumar Yadav, Suryakumar Yadav has moved up 44 places to the 5th spot in the ICC T20 rankings. This is a tremendous improvement. Suryakumar Yadav jumped 44 places and directly entered the top 5 with a quality innings.

Pakistan’s Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan occupy the top two spots in the ICC T20 rankings. South Africa’s Aidan Markram is at 3rd place, England’s David Malan is at 4th place and Suryakumar Yadav is at 5th place. It is noteworthy that there are no other Indian players in the top 10 positions.
Rohit, Kohli, Rahul, Rishabh Pant are not in the top 10 places.
