Thiruvananthapuram: An order has been issued to redeploy the employees of KSRTC district office. Prof. who conducted the study as part of the KSRTC renovation. As part of the reforms implemented on the basis of the Sushil Khanna report, 15 district offices were designated. The order to transfer the employees to it was issued on Wednesday.

167 superintendents, 720 assistants, 47 typists and 129 peons have been redeployed. District offices will start functioning from the 18th of this month. From now on, KSRTC will have 15 district administrative offices in Kerala.

Due to the fact that the offices were located in different places, it was difficult to have accurate monitoring and computerization. This will solve the problem. After dividing the ministerial section into two and training 168 qualified people, the accounts section will also function here.

Henceforth, the service operation and essential maintenance section will work in the depot offices. Depots and operation centers will no longer have a ministerial section.
