Sohan Seenulal made his directorial debut with the film Doubles starring Mammootty and Nadiya Moitu. Later he also directed the film Vanyam. But no films came under the direction of Sohan who focused on acting. Sohan Seenulal is coming back with a film after a while. Shine Tom Chacko, Binu Pappu and director MA Nishad are the main characters of the film titled The Name. The shooting of the movie has been completed in Thrissur, Chalakudy and Athirapilli
Produced by Anoop Shaji under the banner of Best Way Entertainment, the film stars Sudhir Karamana, Jafar Idukki, Sunil Sukada, Prajod Kalabhavan, Jayakrishnan, Pashanam Shaji, Aaradhya Ann, Megha Thomas, Abhija, Divya Nair, Meera Nair, Anu Nair, Sarita Kuku, Jolly Chirayat and Lali. PM, Anagha VP and others are also acting. Muhad Vembayam is writing the story, screenplay and dialogue. BK Harinarayanan’s lyrics are composed by Bijibal.
