In this situation, KP Munusamy was given the post of Deputy General Secretary of ADMK yesterday. Senior ADMK leader Ponnaiyan recently told an ADMK executive that “KP Munusamy is earning crores by taking many quarry tenders with the help of ministers like Duraimurugan of the ruling DMK government.” Ponnaiyan vehemently denied that he had said such a thing.However, the matter created a stir in the DMK circle beyond the ADMK.
In this situation, the reporters questioned the Minister Durai Murugan, who had come to Coimbatore to participate in various programs today. Laughing at that, he said, “You crazy, scared girl. We have already sealed the quarry of KP Munusamy. “In the tender for 20 quarries held last month, he has bought one at a high price,” he replied.
Also, when asked about allegations that former ADMK ministers who are accused of corruption are approaching DMK and that DMK is taking advantage of them, Duraimurugan denied it.
