Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zalansky last night referred to the Russian attack in the city of Vinnitsa, in which at least 23 people were killed and more than a hundred more were injured, saying that “no other country in the world poses a terrorist threat like Russia.”
According to him, Russia has revealed the way it treats international, European law and the entire civilized world. “After this attack, no one can have any doubt about the need for an international investigation of the Russian attacks against Ukraine.”
